With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Gosse of Elgin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 23, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Belle Burkhart; and his parents, Joseph Gosse and Pearl Gosse (Bohm). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Gosse (Monique) of Elgin, IL, Julie Gosse of Geneva, IL and Aimee Mury (John) of Natick, MA.; his grandchildren, Mitchell Gosse, Blake Gosse, Xander Mury, Jasmine Mury and Eliza Mury; Barbara Gosse (Kuehn), Deidre Bergner (Patrick), Jennifer Gutierrez (Omar), Julia Bergner, Keira Bergner, Antonio Gutierrez and Madeline Gutierrez.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the New England Center for Children Dontate | New England Center For Children (http://necc.org), where Jerry's granddaughter Eliza, with severe autism, lives and goes to school.
