He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudine Anaise Peters and Charles V. Peters; and his in-laws, Guadalupe and Maria I. Garza. He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Peters; his children, Christopher-Joël M., Benjamin M. and Amanda M.; his goddaughter Sophia D.; his sister Marie France (Stephen G. Russell); his siblings-in-law, Robert (Chris), Fernando and Ana Luiza; his grandchildren, Nolan J., Nicholas R. and Chloe E.; and his nieces and nephews, Steven, Andelyn, Johnathan (Rocio), Chaelin, Lorenzo, Angelo and Mia. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
