Sloan of Elgin, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia L. Sloan; his children, John Sloan (Paula), Christine Vonhoff (David), Marilyn Bailey, Gregory Sloan (Kimberly), Regina Louder, Bryan Sloan, Damian Sloan and Bernard Sloan; and his sibling Laverne Grohovena. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
