She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bickerton and Ann Bickerton; her brother Richard Bickerton; her son Erik Soderstrom; and her grandson Christopher Soderstrom.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Soderstrom, David Soderstrom (Johanna White), Lee Ann Ward (Carl Dean) and Christopher Soderstrom (Michelle). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers or cards June asked that a donation be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital in her name.
