It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVerne Amrein of Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bartelt and Gertrude Bartelt; her husband John Amrein; and her sisters, Marion Lambrecht and Leona Bartelt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Bailey (William) and Karen Rizzo (Mark); her grandchildren, Niall Bailey, Kiel Bailey (Heidy), Rebecca Rizzo and Anthony Rizzo (Samantha Evan); and her great grandchildren, Isabella and George Bailey.
