He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, John Hornik (Valentina), Jenny Federkins (John), Mike Hornik (Vicky), Sidney Elliott (Matthew Laughlin) and Sandy Koumoundouros (Christ); his grandchildren, Drew (Mike), Nicholas, Kevin, Brian, Nicole, Stephanie, Bee, Kyle and Megan; and his great grandchild Rowan.
