It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lila A Waterman of Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Erickson and Ellen Erickson; her husband George; and her siblings, Ron, Scott and Faye.

She is survived by: her sons, Randy Waterman (Juli), Greg Waterman (Sharon) and Jeff Waterman; her grandchildren, Josh, Cody, Matthew, Meghan and Aubrie Waterman; and her sister Linda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Laird Funeral Home (310 S State St, Elgin, IL 60123). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
