She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony Trapino and Maxine Trapino; her brother Peter Trapino; and her husband James D Couch. She is survived by : her children, James Couch II (Ana) of Cortland, IL, Melissa Long (Robert) of Milton, GA, Philip Couch (Tiffany) of Syracuse, UT and Tresa Couch of Elgin, IL; her granddaughter Alba Leon of DeKalb, IL; and her children, Krystal Mendez (Jorge) of DeKalb, IL and Andrew Couch (Gabriela) of Colorado Springs.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Stroke Association division of the American Heart Association.
