He was predeceased by: his parents, Geronimo Carmona and Monica Carmona. He is survived by: his wife Maria Soledad; his children, Cecilia Pelaez (Fermin), Veronica Pareja (Jesus), Faviola Ramirez (Erik) and Manuel Jr. Carmona (Kari); his grandchildren, Monica Escalante, Adrian Carmona, Alejandra Pelaez, Walter Ramirez and Elizabeth Ramirez; and his great grandchild Xiomara Carmona. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wait Ross Allanson Funeral Home (51 Center St, Elgin, IL 60120). A Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (272 Division St, Elgin, IL 60120).
