She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan and Nadine. She is survived by: her husband John Gilbert; her brothers, Pat Carmody (Elgin) and Barry Balmat (California); her children, Kevin Wendt (New York City) and Kelly Wendt (Elgin); and her grandchildren, Jaylin, Jaaliyah and Avianna.
