He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Morgan Davis and Charlene Davis (Keasler); his children, Martha "Marty" Penny, Mac and Lindsay Aspengren (Dan); his grandchild Logan Aiden; his child McCree Davis; his granddaughter Isabella; his child Austen Davis; his siblings, Cheryl Foster, Morgan Davis (Caroline), Debra Walker, Kevin Davis and Sean Davis (Caroline Haas); his stepmother Bonnie Davis; his sister Tammy Leventis-Davis; Barry Allen Davis and Rick Walker.

Due to COVID restrictions, the family will wait to celebrate his life and love when all can attend.
