She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Rich (Rose Rothecker), John Rothecker, Tammy Rothecker and Mike (Krista Rothecker); and her great grandchildren, Mike, Becky Rothecker, Pat, Marnie Rothecker, Sarah, Matt Bales, Katie, Justin Keever, Colin, Emily Rothecker, Ryan Rothecker, Karty Peterson, Anthony Baumann, Abigail Baumann, Ian Carlson, Josephine Rothecker and Jake Rothecker.
In honor of Norma's special love for cats, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Anderson Animal Shelter in South Elgin, where her compassion for animals can continue to make a difference in the lives of pets in need.
