He was predeceased by: his mother Nilda Rosario Méndez; and his parents-in-law, Esperanza Aviña and Candido Hernández. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Marcus Torres (Amanda) of Rockwall, TX and Jordan Torres of Kenosha, WI; his granddaughters, Adrianna Torres and Thalia Torres; his siblings, Sylvia Camacho, Joseph Camacho (Priscila) and Ricardo Camacho (Esther); his siblings-in-law, Candido Higareda (Vanessa), Jose Higareda (Margaret), Shirley Hernández, Michael Hernández (Mary), Lydia Dannenberg (Mike), Bonnie Hernández and Candido Hernández (Molly); his godchildren, Angelica Aviña Yee and Jacob Sanchez; and his caregivers, Nicholas Perez and Janelle Mathisen. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
