He is survived by: his mother Guadalupe (Velasquez); his daughter Eliza; and his siblings, Miguel A. Fernandez, Mario E. Fernandez, Marco A. Fernandez, Robert, Medara G Fernandez, Maria Fernandez, Lorena A. Fernandez, Maria E. Fernandez, Lourdes M. Fernandez and Judith A. Fernandez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wait Ross Allanson Funeral Chapel (51 Center St, Elgin, IL 60120). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (270 Division St, Elgin, IL 60120).
