Deegan of Elgin, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Deegan and Marie Deegan. He is survived by: his friend Bill W.; his son Anthony P.; his daughter-in-law Ann Deegan; and his grandchildren, Thomas and Erika.
