She is survived by: her brother Joe (Rosa Siete); her children, Philomena Perez Vaughan (Victor) of Bartlett, Raquel Franzen (Barry) of Hales Corners, Ramona Metz (Mark) of Elk Grove, California, Eduardo David Perez of Brooklyn and Martin Perez (Susan) of Orland Park, Illinois; her sisters-in-law, Josephine Perez, Vickie Guerrero, Helen Silva, Trinidad Rodriguez and Loretta Siete; her grandchildren, Nick, Ryan, Tyler, Lauren (Rachel), Ashley and Anna; and her great grandchildren, Grant, Jude, Rosie, Tate, Emma, Cora, Lena, Foster and Ford. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
