He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Lopatowski; and his parents, Walter Lopatowski and Agnes Lopatowski. He is survived by: his children, Cindy, Tim and Dan (Kate); his siblings, Elaine Siuda, Dan Lopatowski, Carol Balazs and Cathy Kandel; and his grandchildren, John and Samantha.
