She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Erlandsen and Shirlee Erlandsen (Bell); her brother Randy Erlandsen; her nephew Zack Stogenson; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Chevalier and Skip Keehler.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Brandes; her sister Sue Stogenson (Ed); her siblings-in-law, Sharon Keehler, Dave Brandes (Marilyn), John Brandes (Pam), Paul Brandes (Lori) and Jim Chevalier; and her nieces and nephews, Danielle Brandwein (Jeff), Alex Stogenson, Mike Keehler (Wanda), Dave Keehler (Anna), Stephanie Strackany (John), Kim Sirotzki (Brett), Keith Chevalier (Jamie), John Brandes Jr. (Monica), Richard Brandes, Tim Brandes and Sarah Brandes. She is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews, other family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Elgin or the American Cancer Society in memory of Rhonda Brandes.
