He was predeceased by: his parents, Gust Tornberg and Dorothy Tornberg (Granquist); his sister Marie Boardman; and his sister-in-law Shirley Tornberg. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Brundige); his son Carl (Heidi) of Elgin; his grandsons, Aaron and Ethan; his brother Kenneth of Ohio; and his brother-in-law David Boardman of Wisconsin. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
