Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquin Camacho and Rita Camacho (Pompa). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Guadalupe, Dolores (Salvador) and Michael (Cynthia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as many grand nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Laurence Parish (225 Jewett St, Elgin, IL 60123).
