It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Olmsted Jr. in Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert E. and Caecilie Olmsted, Sr. (Kurz); his wife Annie; his children, Matthew Olmsted (Gail) and Melissa Sutter (Tom); his grandchildren, Colin, Riley Olmsted, Maddie and Erin McCann; his sisters, Donna Richardson (Jeff) and Cindy Linder (Dave); his siblings-in-law, Michael Rezendes (Kathleen) and Judy Pierce (Wes); and his brother Vic.

Memorials may be given in his name to an animal shelter of choice.
