Roberta Jane Adams Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Jane Adams of Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shaw and Jane Shaw; her husband John Adams; her daughter Donna White; her brother-in-law Jim Genz; her great-niece Stephanie; and her great-nephew Stuart.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stacey Byl (John) of Jenison, MI and Melissa Neace (Adam) of Elgin; her friend Sheila Rose; and her grandchildren, Erik (Emily), Nate Byl (Anika), Spencer and Diana Neace. She is also survived by two nephews, a grandnephew and many close friends.
Memorials may be made to a St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church or Anderson Animal Shelter.
