She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayo Edgar and Beth Maxine DeCamp (Iler); her husband Robert Pokryfka; her mother-in-law Evelyne Duerksen; her son R. Dale Leigh; and her siblings, Georgia DeCamp, Jean Fitzpatrick, Wendy Holly Robbins, Carl, James, Lewis, Ross, Thomas and Terry DeCamp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Merrithew (George) and Deana Sydney; her daughter-in-law Mary Leigh; her grandchildren, Angele LaBuda, Michael Merrithew (Linette), Kristian Leigh (Morgen Kabaker), Matthew Leigh and Dakota Sydney; her great grandchild Samantha Galasso (Michael); her grandsons, Jacob M. Biringer, Cody Biringer and Marcus Leigh; her great great grandchildren, Giovanni and Marianna Galasso; and her sisters, Joyce DeCamp, Sandra Bowman, Sherry DeCamp, Brenda Barnum, Trude DeCamp and Cathy Hamm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
