She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred L Randel and Richard S Heath; her siblings, Richard, Violet and Diane; and her niece Patricia Anne Pack.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Lee (Thomas) of Elgin, Michael Pack (Carole) of Cary and Brett Pack of Hampshire; her siblings, Roberta Gustafson of Michigan, Carmen McClendon of South Dakota, Linda Heath of South Dakota, Lori Hanes of Texas and Mark McDonald (Maria) of Aurora; and her grandchildren, Joseph Lee (Evon) of Elgin, Clinton Lee (Lorena) of Elgin, Lisa Lee of Elgin, Michael Pack (Michelle) of Cary, Jennifer Garza (Alex) of Wisconsin, Mason Pack (Olivia) of Alaska, Fiona Pack of Cary and Meagan Pack of Cary. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
