We are sad to announce that, on September 22, 2019, at the age of 80, Sally Waugh (Elgin, Illinois), born in Glenwood, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sally Waugh to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nina Brumfield (Hudson) and Wilbert Brumfield; her husband Herman; and her friend Chico Lewis. She is survived by: her great-nephew William Newman; her grandchildren, Megan Waugh, Wesley Kruse, Bradley Kruse, Nathan Waugh, Andrew Walden, William Walden (Will) and Caramie Waugh; and her children, Sharon Bos (Roger), Lonnie Waugh (Debbie) and Cindy Walden (Cecil). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

“"Mama" as we at work called her,(Quantum Performance Films), she was my teacher, companion at shopping, a true friend in my heart. We are/were the largest fans of Elgin, il., that was JoAnn's home with Herman for many years, raising a large family, and adding more of God's children to her family, fostering. I was a extended part of there family, just as most Quantum's employee's and friends !!!! We are all missing her , I believe she is next to Herman hand in hand again. God Bless the family”
