She is survived by: her sons, Steven Welch (Robin) of Reno, NV and Martin Welch (Jennifer) of Honolulu, HI; and her siblings, Maurine (Elinor) of Lanark, IL and Gary McFadden of LeClair, IA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
