We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2023, at the age of 95, Shirley A. Joos of Elgin, Illinois, born in Bureau, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Clary and Martha Hoffman Clary; her husband Charles E. Joos; and her siblings, Eloise Van DeVelde and Marvin Clary.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Weiss (Roger) of Hampshire, Steven Joos of Peoria and Rodney Joos of Peoria; her grandchildren, Ryan Weiss (Becky), Jamie Schambach (Lynwood), Eric Weiss (Amanda), Craig Weiss (Amy), Alison Sweet (John), Aron Joos and Mandy Mowder (Tony); and her brother-in-law Chirs Joos (Diane). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Highland Oaks, Elgin.
