She is survived by: her husband Joe Dowdy of Algonquin, IL; her children, Michael Dowdy of Elburn, IL, Amanda Ross (Kevin) and Kevin Dowdy (Crystal) of Taylorville, IL; her grandchildren, Micah, Hannah, Jonah, Elijah, Naomi, Phoebe, Asa, Selah, Lydia, Hezekiah and Eliza-Jane; her siblings, Rhonda Steely (Gary) of Corbin, KY, Joane Rush of London, KY, Randy Flanary (Terri) of Corbin, KY, Janet White of Harlan, KY, Kathy Ditty (Mike) of Cumberland, KY and Bill Flanary (Charlotte) of Cumberland, KY; her sister-in-law Wendy Flanary of Evarts, KY; her sister Lisa Napier (Hershel) of Harlan, KY; and her brother-in-law Mark Dowdy of Paducah, KY. She is also survived by extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
