He was predeceased by: his mother Chenita Cadney; his grandparents, Beatrice Cadney, Sam Cadney Sr. and Freddie Lee Jones Sr.; and his uncle Kenny Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Kaelin Cadney of Franklin, WI, Tenacious Cadney of Rockford, IL and Payton Cadney of Elgin, IL; his father John Cadney of Lorman, MS; and his siblings, TaWanda Simmons (Raymond) of Schaumburg, IL, Kedra Stubbs (Jahari) of Elgin, IL, J'Nelius Cadney of Elgin, IL and Byron Caraway of Carpentersville, IL.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethesda Church of God in Christ (454 Hickory Pl, Elgin, IL 60120). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
