He is survived by: his wife Jill Insco (Shumaker) of Elgin; his daughter Kerri Russell (Blake) of Elgin; his grandchildren, Ashley Freese (Mike), Matthew Insco, Timothy Jordan (Kathy) and Amanda Jordan (James Quick); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Annabelle, Lily, Karmen, Kaylee, Tyson, Kayden and Nevaeh.
