She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert G.'Bob' and Elizabeth'Betty' Norris (Petro); her husband Phil; and her brother Robert'Bob'L. Norris. She is survived by : her daughter Erin Elizabeth (DJ) of Streator; her granddaughter Macie Marconi; her sister Sandra'Sandy' McGuire (Terry) of Beloit, WI; her sisters-in-law, Judy Norris (Marco) of Ottawa, IL, Patricia Emm (Stasko) and Linda Rapson (Emm) of Streator; her aunt Dorothy Swital of Streator; and her pets, Otis and Sable. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Family, which will donate to Streator's local animal food drive (Streator Helping Pets) on Kay's Birthday, Nov 4th, in the City Park.
