He was predeceased by: his former wife Della Price; his parents, Harold Cook and Hester Cook; his granddaughter Sally Winters; his stepson Larry Thornton; and his sister Nelma Winters.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Price; his daughters, Penny Price, Edith Turner (Doug) and Ruby Winters; and his stepchildren, Julie Davis and Nicky Campos. He is also survived by two grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, 21 step great grandchildren, and one step great great grandchild.
