With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Frederick J. Richter of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Frederick left this world on October 10, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. Though Frederick may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frederick touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne; his children, Kathy Brady (John), Fred, Margie Ferreri (Paul), Judy Mangini (Mike), Sue Sattler (Tom), Terry Kutella (Ray) and Nancy Doheny (Kevin); and his siblings, Hilary Halpin, S. B. and John Richter (Joan). He was also cherished by two future great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Wayside (434 W Park St, Arlington Heights, IL 60005). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
