He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia A. Davis; his parents, Donald Davis and Lorraine Burns; his sister Susan Amann; and his in-laws, Leonard Borlick and Wanda Lovely.

He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Davis; his siblings, Kathleen Royal, Michael Davis (Lisa Marie), Danny Davis (Tatiana), Melissa Rintz (Mark) and Shannon Schmid (Eric); his sister-in-law Janice Swan (Dominick Mangiardi); his nieces and nephews, Christopher Swan (Gina), Michael Swan, Ashley Buchkoe (Michael) and Nicholette Allen (Sebastian); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brody, Tyler, Cole Swan, Porter and Piper Buchkoe.
