He was predeceased by: his brother John Joseph Victory; and his parents, John Victory and Helena Victory. He is survived by: his wife Therese "Terri" Sullivan Victory; his brother George (late Beatrice); and his siblings-in-law, Patrick, Nancy Sullivan, Cyndee and Warner Harris. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
