He was predeceased by: his father Patrick; his friend Rose Marie Clausen; his grandsons, Jeffrey (Melissa) and Brian; and his siblings, Patrick (late Rita), Marie Gibadlo Tauber (Edward), Michael, Joan Dahlquist (John) and Shirley Huening.
He is survived by: his spouse Norrine; his children, Dr. John (Jeanne), Bridgette (Gary), George (Antoinette), Eileen (Peter), Daniel (Karen), Mary (James), Dr. Michael (Jill) and Amy (Jonathen); his grandchildren, Erin (Lucas), Nora (Phillip), Daniel, Kevin (Rebecca), Maureen (Benjamin), Caitlin (Kyle), Anne, Thomas (Jennifer), Matthew (Olivia), Allison (Blake), Claire, Shannon (Mathew), David (Indhu), Kelly, Joseph, Violette (Sonny), Karly, Lily, Dahlia, Ian, Rosalie, Maeve and Mason; his great grandchildren, Mia, Casey, Grant, Lyla, Kellan, Eve, Jasper, Wesley and Theodore; and his sisters, Barbara Svachula (Donald), Kathleen Brady (late Paul) and Bonnie Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fidelity Charitable: the Jeffrey Whitebread Memorial Scholarship Fund in honor of John's eldest grandson.
