He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Chen and Marion Chen; and his brother Robert Chen. He is survived by: his son Phil Chen; his siblings, Thomas Chen, Peter Chen and Margie Brock; Corina Kulkowski. He is also survived by his parents, brother, and cousin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grove Memorial Chapel (1199 S Arlington Heights Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007).
