He is survived by: his children, Victoria A. Moreland (Trent), Jeffrey W. Peter (Laura) and Steven A. Peter (Ashley); his grandsons, Blaine, Nathaniel Moreland, Jacob and Joshua Peter; and his great grandchild Baby Moreland.
