He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl S. Calhoun and Juanita Calhoun (Bonds); and his sisters, Carolyn Calhoun and Mary Jane Woods. He is survived by: his wife Jeannine S. Cox; his children, Russell Calhoun of Elkville and Stacie Creston of Elkville; his grandchildren, Joshua Lively, Madison Anna and Jordan McClure; his great grandchild Madilynn Anna; and his sisters, Brenda Lindsey of Hurst, IL and Wanda Woods of Pittsburg, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Searby Funeral Homes (130 S Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Friends may make memorials to the Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
