She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry A. Sullivan and Golda B. Sullivan (Stamm); her husband John Robert "Bob" Matyi; and her siblings, Ryan Sullivan and Londa Sullivan.
She is survived by: her daughter Ariel Marie; and her sisters, Lorenda Cockrum and Brenda Rice. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephews and two aunts.
