He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Waters and Annie B. Waters (Chalcraft); his wife Wilma Waters; his parents-in-law, Wendell and Olive Warren; and his siblings-in-law, Clella Waters, Nadine Warren, Gerald Kimbrell, Lonnie Bailey and Carl Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Pettigrew (Burl) of Ellery, IL, Kenneth Waters of Nashville, TN, Carl Waters (Patricia) of Ellery, IL, Ronald Waters of Las Vegas, NV and Steven Waters (Tina) of Flora, IL; his grandchildren, Amy May of Albion, IL, Crystal Gabbard (Nathan) of DeMossville, KY and Dakota Pettigrew (Jenny) of Poseyville, IN; and his siblings, Charles Waters of Albion, IL, Ruth Kimbrell of Bloomington, IN, Linda Bailey of Bloomington, IN and Francis Waters (Rosalie) of Browns, IL. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
