It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Rutledge of Elliott, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Howard Rutledge to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn V. Rutledge and Irene J. Rutledge (Barnes); his son Troy; his granddaughter Paige; and his siblings, Harold, Harvey, Maurine, Chuck, Dwight, Carolyn, Ruby and Beverly.

He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Rutledge of Elliott; his son Kip Rutledge (Judy) of Elliott; and his grandchildren, Brandon Ryan (Jordan), Ashley Dooling (Tommy), Brittany Fehrenbacher (Patrick), Hailey Rutledge and Jacob Rutledge.
