He is survived by: his sister Barbara Walker of Canton, Illinois; his children, Dawn Uryasz of Canton, Donna Melvin of Abingdon and Adam L. Melvin of Ellisville, Illinois; and his former wife Danette Smith of Galesburg, Illinois. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
