She is survived by: her parents, James Ramsey and Roberta Ramsey; her husband James Dettloff; her sons, Matthew and Kyle; her siblings, James Ramsey (late Marianne), Lynda Stanfa (Steve) and Mark Ramsey (Debbie); her brothers-in-law, Randy Dettloff and Kevin Dettloff (LuAnn); and her nieces and nephews, Kari, Bryan, Justine, Nicholas, Steven, Jake, Zach, Charlie and Danny. She is also survived by 11 great-nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's, reflecting Cindy's compassionate spirit and dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.
