She was predeceased by: her husband Donald L. Johnson; her son Donald A. Johnson; her parents, Albert Fernback and Kathryn Fernback (Horvath); her granddaughter Nicole Porter; and her sister Dolores Kalenchitz (Walter).

She is survived by: her children, Terry L. Porter (David), John L. Johnson, Lori D. Anderson (Steve) and Candy A. Johnson-Eich (Tom); her grandchildren, Tracy Collier (Stacey), Timothy Porter (April), Gregory Porter (Krista), Tiffany Porter, Jeffrey Eich and Justin Eich (Kay); her brother Albert Fernback; and her sibling's children, Lynn Serafini, Laura Kalenchitz and Kathryn Pahr.
