He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Krzyzak and Sophie Krzyzak (Wlezien); and his sibling Jerry Krzyzak (Espie). He is survived by: his former wife Carol Krzyzak (Pradzinski); his children, Jacqueline Krzyzak, Kathleen Peiffer (Duane), Darlene Reilly and Brian Krzyzak (Karen); his grandchildren, Breanna Krzyzak, Sam Peiffer, Maggie Krzyzak, Brian Peiffer, Jack Stickney, Julia Krzyzak, Matt Reilly, Damen Krzyzak and Carolyn Reilly; his sisters, Elaine Czapla (late Frank) and Janice Vergara (AJ); and his nephews, Tony Krzyzak, Gary Czapla and Mark Czapla.
