He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred; his siblings, Shirley and Arthur J. Vos, Jr. (late Joanne); and his brothers-in-law, Bernard Van Howe (Clara), William Van Howe (Marilyn) and Ronald Van Howe.
He is survived by: his children, Ken (Cindy), Dr. Karl (Maria) and Deanna Wondergem (Ed); his grandchildren, Ashley Zandstra (Joel), Brittany Briddell (Ben), Chad Vos (Celeste), Leia DeMaagd (Steve), Emily Evenhouse (Ryan), Aimee Vos, Anna Wyman (Josh), Marcus Wondergem (Rachel), Kaila Wondergem and Janaé Urmanczy (Tim); and his great grandchildren, Owen, Jack, Penelope Zandstra, Jane, Willem Briddell, Franklin, Jude, Margo Vos, Benson, Casey DeMaagd, Henri, Theo, Levi Evenhouse, Rose, Freya Wyman, Millie Urmanczy, Lovingly and Pauline Tokpa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Knollcrest Funeral Home (1500 S Meyers Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
