It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Voss of Elmhurst, Illinois, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Voss to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jurgen; her children, Carolyn Melek, Peter Voss (Sue) and Donna Anderson (Bruce); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Daniel, David, Kurt, Kirsten, Claire, Lauren and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Levi, Noel, Penelope and Gavin Peter; her siblings, Richard "Dickie", Jeannette and Bob; and her father Richard.

“Carolyn, I just learned today of your mom's passing. I am very sorry to hear this news and wish I could have traveled to Elmhurst for the funeral. I always looked forward to seeing her at St. Peter's when I visited. I have many good memories of spending time with your family when I was growing up. I learned a lot about running a household and being an organized hostess by watching her. I still use her lasagna recipe in the church cookbook! My deepest condolences to you. Chris Sego”
