He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allen Thilk and Dorothy Thilk; his wife Gwen Thilk; his children, Chris (Anne) and Jacob; his grandsons, Nolan and Evan; and his brothers, Allen and John. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elmhurst Community Funeral Home – the Ahlgrim Chapel (567 Spring Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Elmhurst Community Funeral Home (567 Spring Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
