Father Panagiotis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Konstantinos Malamis and Demetra Malamis; and his brother Aggelos Malamis (late Nikolitsa). He is survived by: his children, Demetra Neofotistos (George), Maria Karalis (George), Lemonia Katsiris, Dino Malamis, Anthony Malamis (Anastasia), Spero Malamis (Alexia), Dr. Angelo Malamis (Eleni), Sotirios Malamis (Presvytera Stefanie) and Demetri Malamis (Patrice); and his siblings, Eleni Malamis and Georgios Malamis (Sophia). He is also survived by his 27 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Fr. Panagiotis K. Malamis may be made to "St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church" c/o of "The Fr. Panagiotis Malamis Pythagoras Greek School Scholarship Fund."
